These are a few lines which I wrote for the charecter "fanidhar" in the play Sir.. sir.. Sarla which we performed on 6th march 05 in IT BHU.
I was the one who played fanidhar.
The play was written by Makrand Deshpande. I saw the play in delhi after spending 3 days and two nights on just 12 bananas
Pain crosses a limit where it becomes irrelevent to know who caused the hurt.Names dont matter then and accusations do not always heal.Such is the pain of being judged "inadequate" and "insufficient" by those you love.It's a betrayal for which no one knows the guilty. Although,with the baggage of pain, guilt becomes an accessory.The only question to be answered is, "why cant love alone be sufficient?"

i tried to compare evam indrajeet and sir..sir..sarla.....,but i can't.none is less than other.
i have not seen this play on stage but i saw its recording.
character of FANIDHAR is a dream cahracter.really played well by you sir.
this play kept me thinking about PRTYAKSH PREM and APRTYAKSH PREM.

We all come with a purpose, a potential, a duty to society -- and that should be the main aim of life, to find it and to achieve it.
If you can find someone to go with u on that path, great! If not, then so be it.

P.S. Au contraire, love alone _can_ be sufficient, but not the narrow amorous love we think of, it is the love you should have towards all fellow creatures. That love _can_ and _is_ sufficient, because it guides you properly towards your goal.

Isn't it contradictory..?? You say - "...it becomes irrelevent to know who caused the hurt." But then, you also say - "Such is the pain of being judged "inadequate" and "insufficient" by those you love."
You don't care who caused it...but this situation has been brought upon you because SOMEBODY caused it..!
Aur sirf pyaar hi kaafi kyun nahin hai ka jawaab Pathak saahab ne badhiya diya hai...and actually, it depends on the person ki usse kya kaafi hai. Pyaar...paisa...taakat...people are there who can spend their lives with either of these and wud never know the difference.
